The ABA Festival of Bands will take place
May 12-15 & May 20-23, 2025
Red Deer, AB
Red Deer Polytechnic Arts Centre

Registration will open November 1
To register, please complete the online form. 

Directors of participating Alberta bands are required to hold a membership in the Alberta Band Association. Out-of-province participants are encouraged to hold a membership in their provincial band association.  If the membership is not current by April 15, 2025, registration will be cancelled or the non-member rate will be assessed.

Registration Fees
Early Bird Deadline, January 24, 2025
$650 for ABA members
$675 for out-of-province participants
$750 for Alberta-based non-members

Regular Registration (after January 24 until the Festival)
$700 for ABA members
$750 for out-of-province participants
$775 for Alberta-based non-members

The registration fee can be paid in one of three ways

2. Pay by e-transfer to [email protected]
If required, use the passcode purple

3. Mail a cheque or money order payable to:

Bands will not be scheduled until the registration fee has been received.
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for bands needing to withdraw from the festival.
