The ABA Festival of Bands will take place
May 11-14 & May 19-22, 2026
Red Deer, AB
Red Deer Polytechnic Arts Centre

Registration will open November 3, 2026
To register, please complete the online form. 

Directors of participating Alberta bands are required to hold a membership in the Alberta Band Association. Out-of-province participants are encouraged to hold a membership in their provincial band association.  If the membership is not current by April 15, 2026, registration will be cancelled or the non-member rate will be assessed.

Registration Fees
Early Bird Deadline, January 23, 2026
$699 for ABA members
$725 for out-of-province participants
$799 for Alberta-based non-members

Regular Registration (after January 23 until the Festival)
$750 for ABA members
$775 for out-of-province participants
$825 for Alberta-based non-members

The registration fee can be paid in one of three ways

2. Pay by e-transfer to [email protected]
If required, use the passcode purple

3. Mail a cheque or money order payable to:

Bands will not be scheduled until the registration fee has been received.
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for bands needing to withdraw from the festival.
