Establish list of recommended band members and send an ​Instrumentalist Questionnaire (Online Form) home with those band members.
 
By Dec 1
Recommended band members return their Instrumentalist Questionnaires to teachers/conductors.
 
By Dec 1
Teachers/conductors submit their Online Recommendation Form along with the completed Instrumentalist Questionnaires. Questionnaires can be attached to the online recommendation form or scanned and emailed to [email protected] 
 
By Dec 18
The Junior Honour Band roster will be released. Emails will be sent to parents/guardians of instrumentalists as well as to recommending teachers.
 
By January 15
All accepted instrumentalists must have submitted their registration forms and paid the $225 fee. A variety of payment options/plans will be available. Note that music access will be sent directly to band members upon the receipt of registration materials.
 
February 13 - 15 
SAJHB residency and concert
Participants will begin rehearsals Thursday Afternoon, all day Friday  and Saturday morning and the concert will be held Saturday evening.
Concert: 7:30 p.m. Glenmore Christian Academy Theartre, Calgary

February 27 - March 1 
NAJHB residency and concert
Participants will begin rehearsals Thursday afternoon, all day Friday and Saturday morning and the concert will be held Saturday evening.
Concert: 7:30 p.m. West Meadows Baptist Church, Edmonton
